Our majority supplier network is based in India and South Asia and we do procurement of products from the same regions.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER AT WEBSITE?
There is no facility or need to pay for orders on the website. We request users to only place orders and once the specifications of deal is closed over call with our experts, we request buyer to complete the payment process.
ARE THE PRICES OF PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE FIXED?
The prices on website are not entirely fixed and the prices available are our closest prediction to final price, to be finalized after consultation call with our sales experts
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Usually such cases do not happen with our logistics network, even in case of an anamoly, we request you to raise a complaint or call us at globalfair. We can take the issue forward within our logistics network and get back to you in 2-3 business days.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ORDER?
In case you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please write to us at globalfair, email@example.com Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDERS?
To check the status of your orders, please visit your account page on the website or request our customer support team. We also provide regular updates regarding order delivery via registered email id of the buyer.
HOW ORDERS ARE DELVERED TO MY DOORSTEP?
All orders placed are dispatched via our logistics partners present in multiple countries, ensuring timely delivery at your doorstep.
HOW DO I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED FASTER?
We usually do deliver products much earlier than the date shown on the site. Though, we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery based on personalized requests. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.
HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?
Once an arder is placed, we connect with the suppliers with the available inventory and ask them to prepare the material of specfied dimensions. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible.
HOW ARE ITEMS PACKAGED?
The packaging of products is taken care by qualified experts at the suppliers end and we pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Globalfair offers a chance to 10 slabs/color along with mixed containers supported. Owning to the needs of the end fabricator and retailers.
WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTION SCHEDULE THAT YOU LOOK FOR?
We always look at a production schedule for around 10 to 30 days depending on order, availability, quantity etc.
DO WE PROVIDE FULL CONTAINER LOAD OF THE PRODUCTS OR PARTIAL?
We help with both full and half container loads, we are also open for mix container loads
ARE THE SAMPLES AVAILABLE FREE?
The samples provided via globalfair is completely free of cost and we only place charges on final orders.
CAN I GET SAMPLE PRODUCTS BEFORE BUYING?
We at globalfair ensures that our buyers get a firsthand experience of products before placing any bulk order. For the same reason, we offer a chance to procure free sample products to understand the quality of material, helping buyers to make smarter decisions.

HOW IS THE PRODUCT MADE? WHERE DO THE MATERIALS COME FROM?
Majority of our suppliers have set up industries in regions where the natural resources for stone and marble are available in abundance which ensures easy procurement of raw material and excellent quality maintenance.

Currently, Globalfair is dealing with multiple categories of granite, quartz, tiles and prefab, all of which are available and ready to be shipped as per the request of our buyers. We will be shortly expanding into several other product cateories like auto ancilliaries, kitchen tops etc.
