In this 300 apartment multi-family project in Florida, Globalfair’s value engineering was essential for this complex turnkey project. We managed a diverse range of custom cabinetry, from cost-effective melamine finishes to a bold, custom-matched teal paint for high-impact areas. For countertops where we sourced a cost-effective match for White quartz across the units. This smart saving enabled the project to feature a showstopping Blue quartzite in the clubhouse and a robust Steel Grey granite for the outdoor grill station. Our meticulous factory-to-site control ensured every custom detail, from countertops to cabinets with unique hardware, was flawlessly executed.
