For a 200 casitas project in South Carolina, Globalfair delivered a comprehensive interior package. Our expertise in material selection is highlighted by the value-engineered P-White granite in the units and the sophisticated double-body Carrara design quartz in the clubhouse. We also managed the production of highly customized cabinetry, contrasting the classic white Shaker cabinets with brushed steel pulls in the units against the striking, custom-colored Muted Olive Green cabinetry with elegant Champagne Bronze hardware in the common areas. Managing such detailed specifications, from hinge types to finishes, showcases our seamless factory-to-job-site control.
