Shipping policy

1.Logistics prices are indicative prices based on the latest running rates. The customer will be invoiced as per the actual logistics prices at the time of dispatch. 

2. For CIF/ DDP/ DDU orders - Additional charges on account of delay in scheduling pickup appointments with Port authorities and/or shipping lines will be charged to the customer as per the actual charges incurred.

3. For DDP orders, scope of delivery would be live unloading and 2 hours of free detention time. Thereafter customers will be charged between $125-$150 per hour trucking detention at the customers warehouse.

4. Additional services such as Drop & Hook, Waiting time etc. shall be informed at least 7 days in advance to the GlobalFair team for making prior arrangements. Charges for the additional services or penalty on last minute changes, will be charged to the customer on actuals as received from the Port/SSL/Trucking agency.
